VOLUNTEER WITH US

Volunteerism is the reason why the leading world nations today have a spectacular social sector which continues to cast a propitious impact on its education and development sector even today. India and the Indian education system is still far behind in its attempt to tap into the enormous potential of volunteerism. The bandwidth of the issues which we face today is distinctly expansive. Youth, through community service and volunteering activities play an important role in shaping up the society.

Today, the world faces an unannounced emergency – Climate Change. The youth of our nation and the world will bear the brunt of this emergency which the older generations leave behind. It is upto the youth to raise voices and demand actions from those in power and those responsible for bringing climate catastrophes.

We invite school/college students to be a part of Climate Agenda’s volunteering program where every volunteer will receive hand holding and capacity building. Apart from certificates, there’s much to gain for the volunteers by participating in public activities. In the past, exceptional volunteers have been incorporated as full-time / part-time members of the organisation.

Formed during the 2017 state assembly elections of Uttar Pradesh, The Climate Agenda is intrinsically linked with solution narratives of pollution, a just energy transition, socio-environmental equality and public health securities.
