From time to time, The Climate Agenda has conducted several capacity building workshops of organizations working on multi-disciplinary issues in Uttar Pradesh. TCA understands the importance of building the knowledge capacity of partner organizations. Hundreds of organizations are currently working upon the interlinked social issues and it is of utmost importance that they understand the intersectoral impact of air pollution and climate change, which can not only destabilize the current social system, but can also exacerbate gender, race, caste and age based inequalities. Climate change has far reaching implications which impact all aspects of peace, economy, national security and social stability. 

These workshops were conducted in several zones of Uttar Pradesh and with stakeholders belonging to multiple sectors. Resource persons from leading institutes like Center for Research on Energy and Clean Air (CREA) took on highly informative sessions to make people understand the causes, sources and health hazards of air pollution.
