The Climate Agenda

Action Through Integration

Through our work, we endeavor to shed light on the biggest problem of our times – Climate Change
Formed during the 2017 state assembly elections of Uttar Pradesh, The Climate Agenda is intrinsically linked with solution narratives of pollution, a just energy transition, socio-environmental equality and public health securities. Actions and narratives we shape are solution-oriented and convincing to both the public and governments, so that such solutions can be implemented successfully. Through public mobilisation and media attention, we zero in on highlighting political action / inaction with the flaws & scale of on-ground policy implementation. We aim to draw full attention to the deteriorating air quality, so that this largely ignored health emergency receives the attention it warrants.   We are making efforts to advocate and spread awareness about clean energy generation and just energy transition to meet India’s unsatisfied energy needs. Our goal is to promote energy independence through the widespread and subsidized installation of rooftop solar power systems. As we work on clean energy, we are motivated by the potential of just energy transition to bring socio-economic peace, a yet-to-be-established but very real possibility. The long-term goal of our organisation is to instigate a sustainable energy transition within the large textile and automobile industries.
